Off Peak Power Shifting

Has anyone spoken to or heard from their energy provider about the new scheme to shift usage to night time?

I think the scheme might be similar to the trial run by Octopus earlier this year:

Which might mean it won't work so well for those of us that are already load shifting...

I’ve registered my interest with Octopus, not sure if they will use the same method as in the trial or something else.
