Hi all I’m new here and I got no manual with my system so can’t check faults I was told I could download one but can’t find it.
My batteries say they are on 0% but do have some power in them I turned everything off and on again yesterday and they went from zero to 47% and stared charging again today that won’t work can anyone help did others get a manual with the system?

The is no manual, as such. There is a 'pack' which new customers are supposed to get, but it is painfully basic.
Most of the information lives in the GivEnenrgy (GE) KnowledgeBase (https://kb.givenergy.cloud/), but many people use this site to get support (one user here is also in the process of building an unofficial Wiki)
It is not clear from what you have said, exactly what your issue is. Can you be more specific, or perhaps show us what you are seeing in the App?
Also, it is good to explain what system you have, as that will make a difference to what answers are appropriate. So, do you have AC inverters or hybrid inverters (also how many, and which generation, if you know). And what batteries do you have and what solar do you have?
Is the system new, or not? Has it ever worked?

Use the portal to reset your system to defaults (My Inverter | Settings).
Select ECO and enable it if it isn't.
Your system should charge from solar if there is excess over load and discharge from battery if solar is not enough for load. If there is too much load for solar and battery combined you'll import from grid.
If you want to charge the batteries from Grid - set up the Timed Charge option which will allow charge from grid during the period you define and revert to eco otherwise.
Next time you post a question like this it would help us all if you summery of your system. Do you even have solar panelsfor example?
Only use the quick settings buttons on the app if you really need to - they are all or nothing so you can accidentally dump battery to grid.
Above all be cautious when looking at the portal - as it only updates every 10 minutes so shows a moment in time that has gone. If it updates when you have just put the kettle on - it may even show you importing tons from the grid even thought the battery has juice. Be patient.
