Started today, no amount of refreshes gets it to show. Anyone else getting this or is it just me?

Getting the same error

Yes, same - tried logging out and back into the beta portal and getting error 500 - which usually indicates some sort of security or certificate error.

Ah ok, glad it isn't just me then 😃

Indeed - the SSL cert has expired. You can still get into the old portal though.

Likewise

Odd because the beta portal works fine for me. The legacy one's certificate expired today but can be bypassed.

Hum. Battery has gone awol now. It did have a red status light - so rebooted the battery and it came back on green - but still not showing. Assuming that it hasn't gone bad again.

Just popped back into the garage - and found the DC breaker had tripped. Odd. I shall have to keep an eye on that.

Did the error just resolve itself? I've been getting the 'whoops' message today on the beta portal. The legacy site is working ok so at least I've been able to reduce the overnight charge in anticipation of a better PV day tomorrow. I've sent a bug report through to GE but hopefully the inverter card will appear again soon.

My app was down this morning for a while. On the beta cloud I cannot see my inverter and have been unable to do so for 2 days.

Go onto the givenergy website - when they are open, there is a live chat you can go on. That has been very responsive in my experience.
