Battery charge energy in app

Just wondering if this is simply a dual inv data issue..

In the portal it shows both inverters and the amount of charge I’ve added in overnight/during the day from solar. However I’ve noted in the app power graph it only shows the total charge from one battery, not both… I take it this is just a data issue I have to wait for the EMS to correct?

Smk82 We've got a dual hybrid installation and the app and portal sums most parameters correctly. The only one I've noticed that isn't right is the portal consumption (now/today) and that the Energy card data and reports just don't add up at all.

If you have dual AC3.0 inverters, you will find that many of the values you see are junk - Sometimes they show an average when they should show a sum, and visa versa. It's very shoddy workmanship, for something that should be so simple.

The Portal is generally better than the App, to the extent that I have now stopped using the App.

ToothyChris oh I’ve been informed as such. Hoping ems should iron out most of these errors. Just trying to work out how portal can show the correct charge total, but the app fails

I suspect that completely different teams are working on the two systems, but neither are working properly with the engineers who know how the data should be calculated/presented.

I think the focus for the EMS will be control of multiple inverters, especially AC-coupled.

Smk82 the correct charge total

Battery charge/discharge total looks like it makes sense on the portal. Consumption only shows one inverter data on the summary but the data for the individual inverters on the Inverter card looks like it makes sense.

These data haven't been right since our plant was installed but they've got bigger things to sort out.
