Since my install back in March, I've been chasing my extended inverter warranty as I paid the installer for an extra 5 years.
The story so far was a massive backlog at the wholesaler, and it'd just take some time to filter over to GivEnergy.
Their latest response is that whoever they're buying from is now refusing to apply the warranty because it's gone past some sort of cutoff.
My installer assures me "I have a warranty because it's on the invoice", but clearly that's not going to be the case from GivEnergy's point of view.
I've seen a few other posts on a similar theme. Anyone got any tips for resolving this? Can someone at GivEnergy kick things along from that end?
Thanks.
