Battery never discharges below 6%?

As the title says, I never see the battery discharge to 4% as per the lower limit in my settings. always stops at 6 or 7 %

I did log a ticket with givenergy, they reset all the settings but looks to have had no effect.

Before i go back to them, just wanted to check if this is a known issue?

There is a massive post on here about problems calculating SOC. Its a known issue with no current fix, first reported 12 months ago.
