We've only just had our solar commissioned in the last few days... Well, actually it was installed a few weeks ago but we were waiting for the LoRa which was installed on Monday. Anyway, this is the first few days of it supposedly working how it should do.
The re-commissioning on Monday made our previously full battery go down to zero, as expected, but as of today it's still at 1%, even though the solar is generating excess power and apparently sending to the grid rather than charging the battery.
The inverter is set to Eco mode, so why is this happening?

The commissioning process should empty your battery and then fill it up to 100% again. If it does not appear to have done this, it may be worth using the GE chat service (don't use e-mail as they do not respond quickly). Ask them to see what the status looks like from their end. I believe you should get a notification of the completion of the commissioning (select 'Inverter/s' in the portal, and then 'Data' (cross-hatch symbol on the right) and then 'Notifications').
Or it might appear under the 'Notifications' from the home page of the Portal (this is a recent addition).

Or perhaps you could try restarting the iƱverter - also an option on the Inverter page, on the portal.
