Getting somebody else's data?

The portal seemed to lose knowledge of my invertor briefly on the 8th, since it came back it looks like I'm receiving data from my system, and somebody else's system into my account?

This is the correct inverter.

However it looks like I'm receiving data from this inverter and somebody else's.
I've highlighted my data which is arriving every ₅ mins, but the other data does not correlate.

Yeah this has happened before. It's when two dongles get linked to the same account. Often it's when GE have been debugging someone else's and they've fat fingered serial numbers. Call / message them and they will resolve.

Otherwise you'll get a constant 2 streams of data at 5 min intervals but only 1 of them is yours as you've shown.
