I've purchased 5 Givenergy smart plugs and 3 are working and showing data in the app. The other 2 are connected and I can control them through the app. 1 of them shows data sporadically every other minute, the other plug shows no data at all. I have followed the instructions to unlink the plugs and reconnect several times and still the issues persist. Any recommendations on a fix?
