Bms under/over voltage

We have had our system for almost 2 weeks now. 8 x 415w panels, a hybrid inverter and 9.5kw battery. Since startup we have had one over and two under voltage notifications that always clear themselves. After looking at the forums we understand that its due to bad SOC calculations. Is there anything I can do to make sure the battery doesn't get damaged, like raising the minimum level from 4%?

You could if AC coupled and use EPS set reserve to 20%.
If not, set cutoff to 20% if not activity using the battery every day.
Charge it to that and periodically top up
