Was very confused the other day when I saw my peak battery discharge exceed 10kw! Looking at today's peak figures it looks like battery discharge and consumption figures have been transposed. Everything looks ok on portal, so presume this is another bug that has been introduced into the app recently?
I think your first port of call should be the installers.
GE did install a replacement inverter about a month ago, but all figures seem ok in portal just peak figures in app transposed?
Have a similar issue on my Android app that has been going on at least since the last upgrade.
I have a magic battery that discharges more kw than previously charged into it.
Todays stats show 13.31kw charged and 15.67kw discharged.
However, on portal it recorded 16.3kw charge which I would say was about right for my 2x8.2kw/hr taking into account the SOC issues.
The SOC currently shows 5% and 15.9kw discharged today.
Voltage @ 5% is showing 50.3v which according to the voltage chart should represent 14+% - guess these issues are all connected with the SOC problems.
