Hi, first time posting. I have emergancynpower circuit installed on my new system but the reserve battery seems to be getting ignored. Is this something to do with being in 'eco mode'? Installer seems to think it's because battery hasn't had enough cycles, bur this seems like BS. It's been in over a month now.
Any help greatly appreciated.

@"Simonturner1 sorry, I meant to say the battery reserve setting. Battery charges and discharges ok, but discharges past the set point for reserve. Battery stops at 'battery cut off' setting only, bur I assume in a power cut scenario this won't let me have power from the battery, and by that point my router will have no power to allow me to alter the setting.

I seem to remember seeing other people talking about a known issue and a special software update from GE. I suggest that you do a search here for other posts about the reserve.

If you have an AC coupled firmware 535 is available now to fix this.
If hybrid, the fix is incorporated into the next release once the bugs get ironed out of the SoC firmware fix.
