battery discharging despite this option being tuned off

At 1344 there is a server entry for date and time update via the remote control history - since then my battery is discharging to grid despite the timed discharge being "off" the only way I can get it to stop is via pausing in the app. any ideas?

Pitnit on Eco mode. Timed discharge will continue to discharge the battery even after the period ends.
