I would like to wish all GE staff a very Happy Christmas! Especially those who have occasionally responded on the Forum.
Although the Forum has generally fielded a succession of complaints, failures and general gripes, I'm sure all the GE staff have been working flat out trying to resolve all the issues, and it cannot have been a shed-load of fun, at times.
There are probably very real "political" issues that have prevented communication being more open at times, and for all we know, US sanctions might be effectively hindering the Chinese production of batteries and firmware.
Anyway, I believe GE is doing what it can to provide energy solutions that help to save the planet, and for that I thank them. They might even be hard at it while we enjoy our turkeys! (I have worked through Christmas Day in the distant past...)
It will all come good in 2023!
