from the below is this showing that string 1 is not doing much or am i reading it wrong?

You are reading it correctly. My two strings show similar to that - what orientation do they have? Mine is South on one and West on the other - this time of year the west does very little - Peaked today at about 350w - which was good!
Yes my West / South split is similar at the moment although not as extreme as the example shown above, probably about 70% South.
On a related subject is there any way to get total string output rather than just 5 minute snap shots? I’d like know how much each sting is producing per month etc if possible for planning my upgrades in the Spring.
