I have an install with 3x 9.5 batteries.
On some days:
First battery (connected to ac couple) is showing 4 charge lights
2nd battery shows 2 charge lights
Last batter shows 3 charge lights
Should I be concerned?

[unknown] Possibly the state of charge issue detailed in the huge thread on here. We have two 9.5 batts commissioned just over a week ago and their charge status lights are out of sync for around 45 minutes during charge/discharge. GE support had a look and explained mine as being a result of the batteries having slightly different capacities - but nominally the same. I think we have 190 and 203 amp/hrs actual and hence the charge "mismatch". However your battery discrepancies seem broader than this and hence could be the SoC issue.
Is there any obvious reason why one battery is down to 40% and the other is idle at 100%?
Had to set to factory defaults on inverters (I have 2) to stop it dumping charge to grid immediately after charging in go period yesterday. Charged OK and held charge, but is not discharging. I read it goes into eco by default.
