Is the Inverter Dongle Solid or flashing Blue? If flashing, try a reboot of your router

Make sure you have a good 2.4Ghz wifi signal at the inverter - it won't work on 5Ghz networks (well that may be different on newer ones but chances are it won't)
A lot of routers says they are dual frequency but don't seem terribly good at it!
