GivEnergy Plugs now can be used in HomeAssistant and Local Tuya. Protocol 3.3.
Install LocalTuya, then configure it, ignoring the cloud integration bit. It will give you a list of found devices, by IP address and device ID.
Add your plugs using the key from the GivEnergy App. As below.
