New Broadband Router and Now Cannot Reconnect Dongle

Set up a new router today and now cannot reconnect my dongle. I am not the most tech savvy, so would appreciate any help you can offer.

The easiest way to handle this is to set up the new router to look like to old one with one wifi ssid and password the same as the old one. This is because the dongle only know about the old access and its generally a bit more involved to reconfigure the dongle.

Do you know enough to be able to do that? It's fairly easy and the use manual for the router should tell you how.

I've changed from BT to Sky recently and having the same concern above, I changed the new router details to the same as my previous ones. All my devices connected ok, and I was able to change settings on my AC3 inverter via the app.

That is until the Sky 'pod' arrived today, the wifi extender. Looking at the app now there is no data from approximately the same time as I set up the pod. Anyone know why this might be?

Edit: ok, so I moved the pod closer to the garage and it's connected now. Odd that it connected ok to the main router ok, but did not continue to do so when adding the wifi extender.
