AC Inverter and x2 5.2kWh batteries.
Anyone else had a battery fail. (5.2kwh)? Had a quick response from givenergy support who couldn't resolve remotely - it looks like one of my two batteries has a fault - on start up the master battery (of the two) makes rapid clicking sounds, shows a red status light then shuts down.
Just a bit concerned as I've only had the system a month. Hopefully just been a bit unlucky rather than it being indicative of anything more general on quality.
