My Givenergy Solar/Battery system is now live. I've created an account and opened the App, but I can't see where I alter priorities. At the moment, the solar output is all going to the battery. I want to set the house as the first user of the solar. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Phil

It is usually advised to make changes to the settings from the web Portal, rather than the App (more reliable). Set it to Eco with nothing else (for now), that should send solar to the house as top priority. If not needed by the house it will go to the battery. If the battery is full it will go to the grid.
Click on the cogs symbol on this page to find the settings: https://www.givenergy.cloud/inverter
Or select 'Inverter Information', and then 'Settings' (this may be easier and less confusing). Make sure you hit 'Submit' after selecting Eco. You can also use the 'Reset to Defaults' on this page, if you get in a muddle.
Just another quick thought - has your calibration cycle finished, assuming your system has only just be installed?
