Export information

Hi I’ve been asked by ion to send a picture of what I have exported to them . I see a box under the inverter but do not know how to change the display to get this information

There is no button on this smaller box either

Is this not shown on your smart meter? Post a picture of the 'Box' you are talking about.

Are you trying to sign up for an SEG tariff - I was asked to do this when I first signed up with Octopus. Best to give a reading from your smart meter (the proper meter not the in-house -display). If you aren't sure how to do that take a look at this guide from Octopus - keep scanning through until you see your type of meter - it usually tells you how to read import first and export after that.
