J have a brand new system running which includes 2 off 5.2kWh batteries. After providing power overnight, one of them is at 80%, the other at 66%. Why the difference I wonder. I know when the system was installed 3 days ago it did a full battery calibration. Should I be concerned ?

I have the same problem and reported it to GE. They replied that it is a known glitch and is being worked on. My max differential between batteries so far has been 15%, but it lessens up when fully charged. Battery firmware 3007.

I regularly see 30% difference in my 2 x 8.2s. I seem to recall seeing over 40% at one point.
More annoyingly is when it comes to charging. The higher SoC battery will hit 100% and the BMS will then stop charging both, even though the other battery is still at, say, 85%. This means that I am not getting the capacity that I have paid for.

ok - well thanks for that. At least I know its not me. I'll continue to monitor this, and when I have all the facts, I'll let GE know. Its not great is it ?
