Inverter stopped recording data

Hi all,

My inverter randomly stopped recording any data last night between 2am and 6.10am. I've checked locally and through the cloud and the data is the same. I've never experienced this, the only thing I changed yesterday was my overnight charge window (Timed charge set to 00:30 to 07:30 at 100%).

Anyone experienced this before?

I should note the battery charged fine and everything seems normal. No errors or notifications. At 6.10am when it started logging again my dishwasher was running, hence the large spike in home use.

Mine is exactly the same. About 1.54 am it stopped recording. Think they had something similar around new year. I've submitted feedback via the portal.

Quick update on this just checked on FaceBook and their servers are down at the minute. So that'll explain that then!

Data started coming back at around 6am for me.

Whilst the odd dropout seems normal, mine has been consistently failing - 10 days in June, much of July and next to nothing in August.
