Solar Panels Idle in bright sunshine

We had our install last week and today is the first really clear, bright day we've had. However, our panels show as being Idle and we still appear to be drawing from the grid (see image below). I've got Eco mode set and a Timed Charge during the night between 00:30 and 07:30 which currently charges a 9.6kwh battery to 60%. ANy thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your panels are working, you are charging your battery at 3kw and you are exporting another 759w to the grid. Contact your install, I expect they have forgotten to plug something in. Wire the meter up to monitor solar etc. But it is working :-)
