Inverters not starting at 23:30 as programmed

I had 2 x AC 3kw inverters and 2 x 9.5kw batteries installed on Thursday one (master) inverter was commissioned and I setup a charge schedule for Friday evening at 23:30 I checked at 23:40 and no charging I thought it might be a time BST issue so I changed the times to 22:30 to 3:30am which worked. I then found the GMT on the portal was GMT -1 so I changed it to GMT and reset the charge to 23:30 again on Saturday when I checked the charging after 23:30 no charge so in desperation I changed back to 22:30 and they started charging.

Confused as to why the automatic start time is not working.

Check the time in the portal (top left) matches the current time, the timezone is GMT and hit the sync button if the time is off.
