Battery inbalance

I have had a new inverter fitted [Gen 2] and now my 2 batteries are not balanced. Last night the primary battery showed 4% and the secondary 30% and I was drawing energy from the grid not the battery with 30%. Is there a way I can adjust this?

Apparently it is a known problem and is being worked on.
