Hi everyone I’m guessing this may get asked a lot but I need to know.
My system was installed last week and everything was working fine then the app on my wife’s phone would not go into home mode only away mode after one day now after a week the same has happened to my phone app. It works on my iPad tablet.
I have a Samsung phone any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m talking about the Home Dashboard Home or Away icons not working but they did.
Hard quit the app and restart it usually works on iOS for me.
Alternatively there is a way you can force the app to look at the IP address your inverter is on. This would require you be able to see devices and their IPs on your home network first. It’s actually called something really weird, something beginning with H I think. Get the ip address and add it to the settings under “scan for inverters manually”
In the App, select the settings menu, Local Monitoring, then scan for inverter while on your home wifi.
Does it find the Inverter?
If above doesn't work.
Get an app called Net Analyzer, do a LAN scan and look for a device called HF21, manufacturer High Flying Electronics, Shanghai.
Note its IP address and add it manually to the App in the place mentioned above.
