Hello, jus had a new solar Panel Inverter and battery system installed. The battery seems to charge to around 9% and then discharge back to 4% for no reason (there is nothing drawing any current). It will then gradually charge back up to about 9% and repeat the process. I have not adjusted any of the setting the battery was commisioned with
Please post an image of your energy graph so we can see what else is happening. Also if you have not mad any changes to the inverter settings do this:
Reset to Defaults
Set ECO enabled
Set timed charge period (if you have a cheap period in your tariff)
This will put you in a base position which will minimise use of grid, charge from solar if excess is available as well as charge from grid during the timed charge, if set.
