Hi,

I've had my installation for just short of 2 months now. Yesterday I got an email from Shawn in support to ask me to verify my inverter serial number by means of picture as 'We have two invertors with a conflicting serial no'. Sure enough when I looked I could see my inverter had started and completed a calibration.

I sent the picture this morning and later got another email saying that my inverter is offline and can I 'unplug your dongle and re-plug the dongle'. This hasn't helped, and I AM still offline.

What's going on?

The dongle does seem to be online, I can connect to it's admin interface and can see in my router logs that it is sending and receiving data. To me, that suggests an issue in the portal side?

Leave it with support, there’s little you as a user can do with anything involving re assigning dongles to inverters.

After being told to setupo the dongle again and being told my broadband provider must be blocking the port, support actually realised there was something wrong on their backend. I can now see data again in the app and on my dashboard.

Interestingly GivTCP is now showing me a different serial number for the physical inverter that does not match the label on it. It's gone from G001 at the end to B001. Lets hope this isn't going to lead to more confusion down the road.

Now I just need to workout how I can merge all the entities in Home Assistant so I can keep my history.
