Additional Battery

Just adding a 8.2kW battery to an existing 8.2kW through a Hybrid inverter.
The portal has recognised the battery so has now doubled the storage capacity but do I need to ring GivEnergy to add the serial number to the customers account for the warranty or can this be carried out through the portal?

yes. and it needs to run a calibration, surely you were told this when you did the GE training?

I would have thought that someone with "GivEnergy Approved" on their website would know how to do this???
