Good morning All.

As per the topic title I have a AC3 with two 9.5kW batteries.
Ever since it was installed the two batteries have never been balanced (in sync).
Within the mobile app I have seen very large >50% SOC difference.
Right now I can see the Primary battery is at 11% and the Secondary is at 0%.

How can I check what firmware is on each battery, and update it if needed.

Thanks for your time.
Best Regards.

You are not alone and the subject is being addressed in the Beta program - or so I have been told. Just for info my setup is AC3 and 2 x 5.2 batteries and they have never been synchronized since I have been able to see that information. Currently my primary is 75%, secondary is 49% and main SoC is 62%.

The pinned Beta thread has lots of info on the problem.

hhall this is my problem with the beta... its trying to solve too many problems at once (this, SOC and others). No wonder its taking so long. Now that thread is talking about "is it ready?" but it's playing whack a mole with so many bugs fixing so many problems. I hope they can sort it out and focus!

I see the same with my system, but it appears cosmetic. The overall SoC value is correct and I'm not seeing any emergency charges or discharges when individual battery SoC readings would appear to suggest that's needed. Individual battery SoCs seem out of line with the voltages.
