Battery appears to be stuck at 100%

For the last 3-4 days the battery has remained at 100% yet each morning the system has imported energy from the grid of 3 to 4 kWh each morning?

Any suggestions please?

Sometimes the inverters get stuck in the 'Waiting' mode/status. The first thing to try is a simple inverter restart from the Portal. If that does not work, a 10 second forced export also sometimes wakes them up.

If it is more complicated than that, try posting a picture of your energy graph from the Portal. That will help others to understand what is happening.

Also explain what kind of system you have, and any settings you may have -beyond the standard Eco mode (e.g. overnight charging windows).
