Battery at idle when plenty of solar to charge it

Anyone have any idea why the battery is not charging to 100% like it normally does on sunny days , the solar has diverted to the zappi which is set to only take excess solar , and normally the battery charges to 100% first

Have you tried turning off your zappi to see what happens?

I’d start there.
