Hi folks,
Whats required to switch off the inverter to ensure lights all go off and no power coming out of the EPs? Gen 2 invertor with 9.5 and 5.2 batteries with solar panels

michaelmcgoldrick hi, I recently had to completely power down my gen2 5kw inverter to resolve a Firmware update issue. GE advised to:-
1- switch off battery. I have a single 9.5kwh battery which has a built in isolator on left hand side. Think you might need a separate isolator for your 5.2kwh battery.
2- isolate the 2 Solar PV strings using the circular switch on underside of inverter.
3- isolate the inverter from mains using the separate A/C isolator.
