My system has been in and running for nearly 2 months. Suddenly today I get a notification saying your installer has finished commissioning followed by please leave your system while it calibrates. It will take a few hours. Meatime solar not generating though it was earlier before the notification and the sun is still shining strongly. Any advice please?
there have been times when the notification came months late but if your system realy has started a calibration then you must wait., is it discharging or charging, what is the reported SOC (state of charge level) in percent. what lights are showing on the inverter and battery, what system is it, ac3 or hybrid.
Thanks for response. The battery is discharging and it shows 3 out of 5 lights green on the battery itself and the app says 60%. The 'lightening bolt' light on the inverter shows green and all lights are blue to the icons so no issue. I do not know what you mean by ac3 or hybrid. I have panels, an inverter and a battery.
