Battery not feeding house or grid

Hi there, i’ve had my GivEnergy system for approximately six months but on 28th of April the battery feed to the house, and the grid suddenly stopped. Battery is showing as almost full. Can anyone help or advise please?

We’re running on panels and grid now and no battery. Trying to post a photo but the mobile app isnt letting me do that.

HELENM Check that the isolator between the battery and inverter is switched on (lever in the up position).

Thanks Tim, is that the green switch? It is in the up position.

HELENM It is the green switch and up is OK. Try a Restart Inverter (web portal - inverter card - top right hand side)

Then, try a Reset to defaults on the bottom of the same card. This should put the inverter back into ECO mode with all timed setting disabled. Check that the battery Discharge power is at max
