Hello, my system has been running fine and then all of sudden last night the fully charged battery dumped to grid and is now sitting idle and not charging. Do I need to restart the inverter?

Can you show a battery graph for that?
E.g. was it a sudden drop to zero, almost vertical line, or gradual?
If it was sudden, might be the soc bug - see the SOC thread and beta thread.
Restarting is worth a go - from the web portal, my inverter page
Plus if need be, same page, settings tab, reset to default. Then make sure eco mode is on.
Add a timed charge if you want that for overnight charging, as reset will remove that.
The battery discharged over a period of 3 hours.
Okay, will try a restart and see what happens, thanks.
Hmm mine did the same last night - full export for 3 hours from midnight for no reason, is taking charge though now.
