Battery failed to charge from grid after fw update

Since I updated the firmware on Friday evening, my battery will not charge up during the Octopus Go window despite being set to charge to 50%. Has anyone else had this issue? (5.2kwh battery with AC3.0 inverter)

Make your required settings in the cloud portal and see if this makes a difference. Sometimes app settings do not update properly. Probably best to reset everything to default be and then start from there.
