Inverter information stopped being updated. The Dongle on the inverter is showing a flashing light. I tried to reload the dongle and it asks to join the network but then when I select it’s okay to join it says it cannot join. I have unplugged the dongle and refitted it. Without any change. At the same time as the fault appeared the trip on the house fusebox was thrown. I don’t know if that is important to diagnosing the fault. Whether the fault caused the dongle to fail or the failure of the dongle tripped the switch. Has anyone experienced similar fault? Would appreciate any thoughts you may have.
