Newby here - and not a techy! Need some advice.
System has been in 6 weeks and was fine (GY 5.0 gen2 and 9.5kwh battery).
I'd noticed on the app that the battery was reporting odd temperatures (consistently -8°c or sometimes 6,549.6°c) although in the 'more information' tab temp was 27.9°c (battery percentage was stuck at 76% though).
This week the firmware was available but failed online. Emailed support who suggested to restart the battery to force the firmware but that didn't work.
Over Friday and Saturday we had 2 poor generation days and the battery drained away to 0.0 (below the 4% reserve) and today didn't recharge on the panels while we were away. Tonight I've restarted the battery and force charged it to 65%, but even with the load been 250w it's drained to zero again.
Is this likely to be a firmware or hardware issue? I'm not happy with pulling usb's and copying files on a brand new system. Advice please
