Hello. Could anyone help me out here. My consumption is showing a figure of 483W while the battery shows discharging of 609W. It's currently night time, no PV generation and 51W being imported from the grid.
What's causing the difference between consumption and battery discharge?
I've recently updated the battery firmware so forgive me for being extra suspicious!
I think there's an issue with the web portal. My inverter is showing as offline, while the iOS app seems ok reporting from my local home network. Numbers seem to make sense there too.
I tried refreshing the web portal, logging out and back in. Still a discrepancy. Not sure if its a blip or what.
That banner updates every 5 minutes.
It's a snapshot in time.
It could have been just as load increased, but the household load was captured slightly before the increase and the grid slightly after.
The best way to see live usage is the app in home mode.
Or use totals, rather than snapshots.
