Hi,
This is my first post and cannot get support from GivEnergy as it is a Sunday.
I have run the inverter firmware update today but it failed and the Inverter is now offline.
Can someone please help/advise what I need to do now to get it back online?

Was that inverter firmware, or battery firmware?
Have you tried rebooting the inverter? May need to turn off the PV isolators and shut down the battery (black button on side of 9.5) and turn of the mains breaker feeding the inverter. Wait 30s so it drains of all power and turn everything back on
Is the dongle flashing blue or solid blue
Can you ping your inverter with a CMD prompt from PC
