Hi, i have a GivEnergy Battery and Inverter, recently installed.
All is working well but the battery is not charging from Solar. I am sure it did but it seems to only charge from Night Grid.
I have scheduled to charge from the grid at night on the app and selected charge from Grid and Solar.
Have a missed a setting somewhere?
Ecomode enabled?
If still not working use the web portal rather than the app to reset the settings to default and schedule your charge time as sometimes the app can be unreliable.

OK I have reset the default and rescheduled on the app, i'll see it that makes a difference.
If not i will try the web portal but I can't see where the reset default setting is, Guidance would be appreciated.

Where is the Ecomode, app or web portal
Frustratingly the terminology is different in the app and the web portal!
Ecomode in portal = 'Dynamic' in the app
To change settings in the portal go to the My Inverter on the side bar - Settings Tab
From here you can change all the battery settings and the final option is 'reset to defaults'
