My GivEnergy app, which was only installed a month ago, has suddenly stopped working, and just shows whoops something went wrong. Can anybody help me to reset it please ?

Have you tried exiting the app totally and restarting it?

The GE app is flaky if you are using IoS in my experience. Lodge a bug report to tell GE. It is fine on my iPad but hangs on my iPhone 12 running IoS16.5.2.
