I have been having issues with battery not sending to house overnight and instead taking power from grid. Bounced emails back with GivEnergy and told an update required which I did over 2 weeks ago. However it’s still the same and I have this issue, although not ever night/ early morning but perhaps one in for. I am now being told about another “ beta” version will solve this? I am not happy about this because I am not sure this will solve it and also it means losing 100% battery and mains topping battery upto 100% so quite costly.
Anyone else have these issues and possibly resolved them.
