Hi Can you help as my battery in Victoria Australia has started to not activate.

Who do I contact in Victoria to resolve this problem as its still under warranty for 3 years more?

I would suggest that you contact your original installer. If that is not possible try (https://https://givenergy.com.au/) and see if you can get help that way?

You may be lucky here if you let us know exactly what you have installed and what your problem is/what has happened.

Contact Givenergy on their UK website here and they’ll likely point you in the right direction.
Failing that I think ESA over in Aus basically have the same inverters GE use (just all in black) so they may be able to assist. Same with batteries (it’s an 8.2 GE pack with a sticker on)
