How do you register for a cloud account?

Im trying to get a cloud account set up but there is no option to do it only user name and password for existing users. Also on the iphone app trying to set up but says i need to register a smart plug? any help would be great thanks

The account should be set up for you as part of the commisioning process. Your installer will have done this for you and given you the details.

The installer might have set it up but not told you

Try using the email address you gave the installer and do a password reset via the web portal.

I had an issue where my installer typoed my email so i never received a sign up link. Had to get them to correct it in the engineer portal.
