I have two 9.5kW batteries.
One of them has decided to flatten itself, while the other one is fine.
Instead of the batteries supplying the house, all power is now coming from the grid. 🙁
I've rebooted the inverter, but no change.

I have a feeling this is just the reporting gone awry.
It has happened to me on a couple of occasions when the Soc shows si.e. 100%, however one battery shows the same 100% but the other shows 0%.
If you wait a bit the reporting should correct itself.
wonder if it could be a loose cable (comms cable)?
Also what firmware are you on? Check the software part of the MyInverter web portal page.
Paul L was kind enough to take a look at the problem this morning. He remotely forced faulty battery to charge enough to rise above the minimum level to operate, and since then it's been behaving normally, allowing the secondary battery to behave normally, and is charging from the solar (when we actually had some before the thunderstorm rolled in, and before we started the laundry!). It remains to be seen whether the battery will continue to behave as it should, and I'm monitoring it closely.
Paul doesn't think it was the SOC issue.
We have a 5.0 HY Gen 2, and are on inverter s/w 909 and battery f/w 3009.
I'm reluctant to touch the cabling, eg the BMS, because I don't know what I am doing.
I have the same feature.
The Primary 9.5 Battery shows 0% whilst the 2nd 9.5 is charged 70 - 100%
I have found that powering off both batteries and then the Inverter. Then powering up the Inverter then Batteies brings the 0% battery back to life.
So it is a reporting problem, not an empty battery problem.
Alternatively it may be Firmware 3012 attempting to manage a wide SOC tracking error.
In an attempt to fault find the problem. I swapped the Primary & Secondry batteries with the Dip Swithes and the cables. So that the newer 9.5 is now Primary.
Since then I have not seen the issue.
Also the batteries are tracking much closer that before.
