Battery Calibration stuck at 20%?

Hi,

I've had the battery calibrating for a while now (FA2308G791). It charged up to 20%, and now just sits idle?

It's sunny and at the moment the solar is just discharging to the grid....

Is this normal? should I give it more time (it's been about 4 hours). Can I rekick or resume the battery calibration somehow? Is it actually at 100% but just not showing as such?

No, it sounds like a known bug. Email or web chat support and they should be able to fix it.
